Privacy & Cookie Policy
How Numveo handles cookies, consent, analytics, and advertising. We aim to collect as little as possible and to keep you in control.

What we collect
Numveo is designed to work without accounts. Calculations run in your browser and the values you enter are not sent to our servers. We collect a minimal, anonymous record of which calculators are used (e.g. a “run” event with no personal data) and, only with your consent, standard analytics and advertising signals.
Cookies & consent (Consent Mode v2)
We use Google Consent Mode v2. Analytics storage and advertising storage are denied by default and are only enabled after you choose “Accept all” in the cookie banner. Essential cookies required to operate the site are always active.
Your choice is stored in a first-party fh_consent cookie for up to 180 days. You can change it at any time by clearing that cookie in your browser; the banner will then reappear.
Analytics
When you consent, we may use Google Analytics to understand aggregate, anonymized usage (pages viewed, calculators run). We do not sell your personal data.
Advertising
When you consent, we may show ads via Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Without consent, ads are not personalized and advertising cookies are not set.
In the EEA and UK, personalized advertising additionally requires a Google-certified consent framework (IAB TCF 2.2); until that is in place, personalized ads are disabled for those regions.
Our mobile app (Android)
The Numveo Android app runs every calculation entirely on your device — the values you enter are never sent to us. Your saved favorites and a cached copy of the calculator list are stored locally on your device only. The app has no accounts and no sign-in.
The app is free and supported by ads served through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google may access your device’s advertising identifier and related device information. You can reset this identifier or turn off ad personalization at any time from your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads). Where local law requires consent for personalized advertising (for example the EEA and UK), personalized ads are shown only where that consent has been obtained.
Google’s use of this data is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy) and the Google AdMob policies. We do not sell your personal data.
Your choices & rights
You can reject non-essential cookies, use the site without accepting ads/analytics, and clear the consent cookie to reset your choice. Depending on your location (e.g. GDPR/UK GDPR, CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data — contact us to exercise them.
